Thatcher Manor is located in Gavilan Hills, a charming community south of Riverside. Gavilan Hills is directly south of Lake Mathews. The elevation is about 2200 feet above sea level, allowing for a cooler weather than the flatter parts of the county such as city of Riverside and Temecula. Gavilan Hills has large 5-10 acre horse properties. The mountain views and lush landscapes create a breathtaking setting for a wedding venue.
Our family-owned estate provides the perfect backdrop for elegant photoshoots and impeccable service to guarantee the most memorable receptions. The property grounds are composed of a large American Colonial style mansion situated on 12 acres of lush green gardens.
